* Always wear: proper footwear, plenty of
water, area map
* Inform somebody outside your group regarding
your route plans
* Check the battery charge power of your
mobile phone
* Check the weather forecast
* Do not drink alcohol and do not use drugs
* Be careful, when crossing other trails
* Hiking on mountain bike trails is forbidden


Mountain Biking Safety Code


* Use proper equipment
* Using a helmet is mandatory
* Do not drink alchohol and do not use drugs
* Ride on the trails, which are suitable for your skill
level
* Ride with a buddy and be prepared for emergencies
* Ride reasonably and be prepared to stop at any
time
* Do not stop at places which are not visible to others
* Watch out for vechicles, hikers and other riders
* Ride on designated and marked trails only
* Riding on ski slopes is forbidden
