For the second consecutive year Borovets will host the National Mountain Bike Championships. From 22 to 24 July in Borovets Mountain Bike Park, will be held two very close race in the disciplines Downhill and CrossCountry.
Less than a month witnessed an international downhill race, which was attended bynearly 200 people from home and abroad. This will be the first such event to be held in Borovets, asprovided for another in the same discipline at the beginning of September.
The organizers are planning more than 250 participants will be divided into different categories. In Downhill discipline: Junior 15-18, 19 + Men, Women 15 + and 15 +Hardtail. CrossCountry athletes will be divided into four categories: Junior 15-16,Junior 17-19, 19 + Men and Women 15 +.
Organizers of Borosport, Ram Bikes, Concept Creative, Bulgarian Cycling Union expect a very close race and active participation. Spot now being rushed tothe race. Prepare updates and changes to routes, which will screen out National Mountain Bike Champions. Changes will be announced shortly before the race. Ten-meter jumps, lots of kickers, roots and other obstacles will be the basis of the title racebetween the fastest players on our descent. For the CrossCountry athletes is chosen quite difficult and demanding route, which required great endurance and excellent physical condition.
Anyone who wants to declare their participation can make it at: race2011@borovetsbikepark.com end on 21 July. From there you will get an automated response as all the necessary data to complete and send back. Late will be able to register on the spot.
Borovets is waiting you from 22 to 24 July to support participants and to become a part of an interesting and close race. Weather and cool mountain will make a very nice weekend and filled with good humor.
